Smoke Hi Mono by Ellen Wille is from the Hairpower Collection. This textured and luscious bob has a top & crown area that is a predominantly wefted section covered with a soft netting. This allows for the volume in this area to stay with you throughout the day. There is also a sheer left Handtied Monofilament parting, which extends to a pre-cut Lace Front hairline, giving the appearance of hair growth right out of the scalp. There are no return/restocking fees on orders returned for store credit or refund within 45 days of order received. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 45 days of the original ship date. When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount.
To Return: Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure. Print the return shipping label that you received from the www.imagevivant.com/pages/returns page. By using this return label, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packaging, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box.
Any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.
