The lace front is soft and extended from ear to ear to offer confidence in a seamless hairline. You can see the art of Ellen’s 100% hand-tied monofilament top allowing freedom to style as you wish with confidence! There are 4 thin silicone strips placed horizontally across the monofilament to assist with comfort and security in the fit, as well as along the side temples and ear tabs. The nape area is lined with velvet and a hand-stitched strip of polyurethane to keep the nape from shifting during wear. There are no return/restocking fees on orders returned for store credit or refund within 45 days of order received. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 45 days of the original ship date. When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount.
To Return: Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure. Print the return shipping label that you received from the www.imagevivant.com/pages/returns page. By using this return label, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packaging, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box. Â
