The Hair Society Luxury Collection wigs are specifically designed for women with severe or total hair loss as the cap is smaller and not meant to be stretched out to fit over hair. This 100% hand-tied, monofilament top is gorgeous and made with a more natural density so you will never look like you are wearing anything but your own hair! If you have biological hair and want a wig from the hair society collection, you should be a true petite size as your hair will add circumference. There are no return/restocking fees on orders returned for store credit or refund within 45 days of order received. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged no later than 45 days of the original ship date. When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount.
To Return: Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure. Print the return shipping label that you received from the www.imagevivant.com/pages/returns page. By using this return label, your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit. When packaging, ensure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box.
Any other address used will put your item at risk for getting lost in the mail, sent to the wrong company, or delaying your refund.
